By accessing and using the services of Supreme Trucking Dispatch, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

2. Services Provided

Supreme Trucking Dispatch provides professional truck dispatch services, including but not limited to load searching, rate negotiation, broker setup, paperwork coordination, invoicing support, and logistics communication. All services are subject to availability and applicable federal and state regulations.

3. Payment and Fees

  • Payments must be made in accordance with the agreed dispatch terms.
  • Late or missed payments may result in service suspension or additional charges.
  • All transaction fees, including banking or factoring fees, are the responsibility of the client.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
  • Any changes to service terms must be communicated in writing.
  • Clients are solely responsible for compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and all applicable transportation laws.

5. Liability and Disclaimers

Supreme Trucking Dispatch is not responsible for damages, losses, delays, accidents, or claims caused by third parties, brokers, shippers, or unforeseen events.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

6. Confidentiality

All client data, communications, and business transactions are treated as confidential. Information will not be disclosed except when required by law or authorized by the client.

7. Termination

Supreme Trucking Dispatch reserves the right to terminate services immediately if a client violates these terms, fails to make required payments, or engages in fraudulent, unlawful, or unethical activity.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall first be addressed through mediation or arbitration prior to pursuing legal action. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

9. SMS Terms & Conditions

9.1 SMS Consent Communication

Phone numbers collected as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

9.2 Types of SMS Communications

If you consent to receive text messages from Supreme Trucking Dispatch, you may receive messages related to dispatch coordination, load updates, service communication, and two-way conversational support.

SMS opt-in data and phone numbers are strictly used for service-related communication and are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

10. Modifications

Supreme Trucking Dispatch reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
